Visual HVAC takes Building Automation System (BAS) graphics to the next level. This virtual 360 walk through of the actual mechanical room connects users with the individual pieces of equipment and adds valuable operational context to the existing BAS graphics.

For example, the user can virtually walk through a scene, locate the desired piece of equipment, click on the tag and get all the real time performance data available. This data link also includes such things as parts lists, IOM’s and more. The user can easily switch between the typical PX graphic and Visual HVAC’s virtual walk through. This is a great tool for all users to see and locate the actual HVAC equipment and catalog information and documents.

Visual HVAC is securely integrated directly within the Niagara framework and doesn’t require any outbound connections to function. Simply take the 360 images, upload them into the Niagara framework, and start creating custom tours of your system. The application is configured from any standard web-browser making it easy to deploy.
