Question: Do you offer elearning?

Answer:

Yes, we have a full catalog of free and paid elearning offerings that can be taken anytime, anywhere.   They are self-paced courses that can be streamed with an internet connection.  We do not allow the courses to be downloaded to a device, you must have an internet connection to stream the course.

Question: Which browser is recommended for elearning?

Answer:

We recommend that you use Google Chrome.  Our site works with Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.  Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported.

Question: How long do I have to complete an elearning training?

Answer:

You will have 90 days to complete the elearning training once it's been assigned.  Once completed, the elearning will be available to you as reference to go back and review.

Question: Can more than one person watch a virtual training/elearning?

Answer:

Only one person is allowed to watch a training as defined by the end user training agreement when you purchase a course.  The course is assigned to a specific individual based on their user login.
