Question: How does the product work?
Answer: The visualized spaces are captured with a 3D/360 camera and then configured on the Niagara Station using the Visual HVAC module. "Tours" are dragged into existing graphics.
Question: What is the product compatible with?
Answer: Visual HVAC is intended for Niagara 4 Supervisors utilizing 4.10+. Contact us for help with lower versions or support for JACE-8000s.
Question: Is the product expandable?
Answer: The license is based on the quantity of configured "scenes", or 360 renderings. Scene packs can be purchased on the Niagara Marketplace. For large systems, there is an unlimited feature.
